1. About the Brand & Services

One Off Society is a limited-edition streetwear brand. All products are released as one-time drops and are produced in restricted quantities. Once a product is sold out, it will not be restocked.

Our Services include our website, content, products, and all tools provided through the store.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a legal guardian.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and successful payment.

  • An order is confirmed only after payment is completed and acknowledged.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Limited Edition Nature

You acknowledge that all products are limited edition and non-restockable. By placing an order, you understand that:

  • Items may sell out quickly.

  • Once sold out, products will not be reproduced.

  • Slight variations in color, print placement, or texture may occur and are part of the uniqueness of each piece.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

All content on this website—including designs, graphics, text, logos, and imagery—is the property of Poyze Couture Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent.
