All orders placed on One Off Society are fulfilled by Poyze Couture Private Limited. Each product is part of a limited-edition drop and packed with care.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–72 hours after successful payment.

• During high-demand drops, processing may take slightly longer.

• Orders are fulfilled on a first-paid, first-processed basis.

Delivery Timelines

• India: 3–7 business days after dispatch

• International: 7–14 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email/SMS.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as per your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, but we will always assist you in tracking and resolving issues.

• Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Each drop is limited. Once a product is sold out, it will not be restocked. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may not be eligible for re-shipment if the item is no longer available.
