Return & Refund Policy

All One Off Society products are part of limited-edition drops and are produced in restricted quantities. Due to the exclusive and non-restockable nature of our collections, we follow a strict quality-first policy.

When Exchanges Are Accepted

We only accept exchanges or replacements if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, and

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos or videos.

If your request is approved:

  • We will replace the product (subject to availability), or

  • If the item is sold out, we will issue a store credit of equal value.

What We Do Not Accept

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size or fit issues

  • Style or color preference

All items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact to qualify for any exchange.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible due to the limited nature of each drop.

  • Approved cancellations are refunded within 5โ€“7 business days.
