All One Off Society products are part of limited-edition drops and are produced in restricted quantities. Due to the exclusive and non-restockable nature of our collections, we follow a strict quality-first policy.
When Exchanges Are Accepted
We only accept exchanges or replacements if:

You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, and

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos or videos.
If your request is approved:

We will replace the product (subject to availability), or
-
If the item is sold out, we will issue a store credit of equal value.
What We Do Not Accept
We do not offer returns or refunds for:

Change of mind
-
Size or fit issues
-
Style or color preference
All items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact to qualify for any exchange.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible due to the limited nature of each drop.

Approved cancellations are refunded within 5โ7 business days.
